in the listing the item said free 2 - 4 day shipping and that was the reason I bought it from this seller. I bought it on January 24th. the delivery deadline was January 29th ( today ). despite sending a email to the seller stating I needed it asap the only thing the seller did was print a shipping label on January 26th. I will never buy anything from this seller again. bad seller....... item not received case will be filed on the 30th ( Tuesday ) I really think that ebay will be required

I now know for a fact that this seller is Ignoring me and is refusing to either ship it or issue a refund. I have sent 3 emails and there has not even been 1 reply. I have given this seller 3 chances to resolve this.in 2 hours and 5 minutes I am contacting ebay to open item not received case and file a fraud / scam complaint. this seller is a scumbag. it is sellers like this one that makes ebay a bad place to buy thing. there is such a thing called Karma and it will get you some day

AMD AM3 CPU's
We've been loyal AMD customers for many years, all the way from Socket 7 up. They've always performed well and efficiently, at price points usually far less than their Intel counterparts. This is a great buy for a solid entry-level computer and can run with and on a wide variety of hardware. The dual-cores, like this one, aren't the best for gaming, but for good, solid, home or small business use still run most apps and programs without a hitch. At today's prices for good used 2-3 core CPU's, ($10-15) you can't go wrong. I've got one of these running my home computer (I built this one for a friend) while we run their newest 4300 4-core AM3+ at our office workstations and for that use, it's the best buy on the market. I upgraded from a single core to a dual core on my internet computer. I find that the added core makes the experience of surfing the net much more enjoyable. I'm so happy with this change, that I'm considering upping to a 4 or 6 core. I'll put in a SSD first though.
