    Excellent Value Over Lowes Store Price!

    This Kobalt battery is not only a great battery, but also fresh. The battery I received was just over a month old according to its factory printed build date, so it was very fresh. The dates on Kobalt batteries I have received during past purchases at Lowe's have been one-two years old each time. After a full discharge, it does take twice as long to charge as the 2.5 40V but that is not a problem. Five years from the build date seems to be the average lifespan of these Kobalt lithium batteries so the three-year Lowes warranty is of little value - especially considering the price of this battery at Lowes. Very happy with my purchase decision using this eBay seller.

    This battery works well with all my Koba...

    This battery works well with all my Kobalt lawn tools. Works long enough with my other Kobalt batteries to do what I need to. I would estimate it takes 3 batteries of 4-5 Ah to do my about half an acre yard (depending on how wet or tall the grass is).
