Rückversand:

Bei Stornierungen von Bestellungen, Annahmeverweigerung bzw. bei Rücksendungen der Ware, ohne vorliegendem Mangel, trägt der Käufer die unmittelbaren Kosten für den Rückversand nach Artikel 246a § 1 Absatz 2 Satz 1 Nummer 2 des Einführungsgesetzes zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch selber.

Gegen Übernahme der Selbstkosten, kann Ihnen allerdings ein vorfrankierter Retourenschein übersendet werden. In diesem Fall würden die Kosten direkt von dem Rückerstattungsbetrag abgezogen werden.

Rückgabe nach Rückgabefrist:

Sobald wir Waren nach Ablauf der Rücksendefrist erhalten, erfolgt eine Erstattung des Kaufbetrages rein aus Kulanz. In diesen Fällen erlauben wir uns eine Bearbeitungs- und Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr in Höhe von 25 % des Kaufpreises zu verrechnen und mit dem zu erstattenden Betrag zu verrechnen. Auch hier trägt der Käufer die Kosten für den Versand sowie Rückversand selber sofern kein Mangel an dem Produkt vorliegt.

Bei Paketen die nicht in der Postfiliale oder Packstation abgeholt werden oder aufgrund eines Adressfehlers nicht zugestellt werden können, erlauben wir uns die von DHL angefallenen Gebühren für den Versand ebenso wie die Kosten für die Rückführung von dem Paket, sowie eine Bearbeitungs- und Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr in Höhe von 25 % des Kaufpreises einzubehalten.
