The item was described as "New." It was not. The item is sterling and the back is supposed to be flat and smooth. The back was dented in several places. I asked the seller to accept a return. The seller refused and said that there was a photograph of the back in the ebay listing.Was the seller admitting that the item was used and not new, but I should have realized this from the photo? Photographs of sterling are not definitive because of reflections. I ask ebay to step in, and I got a refund.
