Cooled a 12' x 20' room from 86 degrees F to 65 degrees F in less than an Hour. I am well pleased so far. I replaced a portable unit @12000 BTU's same brand , this portable unit would not cool the room more than 4 degrees below outside temp. ever. I also have a 24 volt 5000 watt 2500 watt inverter runs this window unit no problem.
