When we recieved the device upon inspection customer sent us a device that was not repairable. We informed the customer and shipped his device back to the registered ebay address. Tracking shows the item has been forwarded and accordance to ebay policy we followed all the guidlines in the shipping policy. The phone was delivered pretty quick including weekend and holiday it was under a week. However upon inspecting the phone the stylus did not function, and the screen had a white line down the side. It must have gotten knocked around during shipping. I reached out to the seller and they responded in minutes. They seller offered a full refund, no hassle. Sellers commmunication was top-notch. they care about their customers. If i ever need a repair in the future i will be using them.
