- g***k (1606)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasethis is a good rack case for THE PRICE. just over $100 for a locking 9U case? How? thin metal. Most arrives intact. There were some thin edges on both units that I purchased that I needed to correct by using a duck-bill vise-grip pliers. FedEx may have done the damage; it's hard to tell. The box weighs about 50 lbs, so won't get the best handling. Heavier gets more respect.

One one of the side pieces the rectangle part had some damage where the metal was pushed in. I also think that instructions could have been better. For the price you can't beat it and it will do what I expect it to do.

It was shipped (FedEx) in the original box. FedEx had actually put another piece of cardboard and retaped the box. That heavy vise destroyed the packing foam and the box. I don't see or detect and damage (other than a light scratch on the three jaw). Other than the packaging, I'm pleased.
