Even though the box was not damaged, there were some screws loose and one of the panels was bent. There was plenty of hardware though and even too much. Even with an engineering degree and many assemblies under my belt, the included instructions were poor. I was able to figure it all out though. Make sure left and right panels have the slot on the edge of each panel facing forward. Overall happy with purchase.

It was shipped (FedEx) in the original box. FedEx had actually put another piece of cardboard and retaped the box. That heavy vise destroyed the packing foam and the box. I don't see or detect and damage (other than a light scratch on the three jaw). Other than the packaging, I'm pleased.
