The seller listed an 8 pack of Bungee cords, 8 pack- means 8 items to most. After I purchased the item I seen a few more with just 4 Pack so I asked the seller if it was 8 or 4 and they responded it was a 4 pack just as listed. But the listing still says 8 Pack so I asked seller to stop shipment and cancel the order. They quickly made a shipping label and did not cancel.
Returned package to UPS and its been "In Route" for 13 days so far, Seller picked a slow delivery date out of spite.
