It didn't cost her anything to be polite did it? Everybody is happy. Good quality patch but as a buyer I have a strong dislike of Pitney Bowes as the shipping company of choice. They don't scan parcels; thus making tracking impossible and are notoriously slow and unreliable. Pitney Bowes must be 17th century Post Rider re-enactors and I'm just late to the masquerade party. Patch did arrive just before the delivery deadline. Somehow.
