It arrived late this evening, Aug. 31.I wondered during my 23 years of service why I never was able to obtain the certificate from President Reagan, or the medal for my military dress uniform. I have it now. I assume since this military operation was the first major deployment of servicemembers since the Vietnam War, getting servicemembers their awards and certificate was difficult if not impossible because only a few thousand servicemembers participate in this combat/rescue operation.Thankyou.
