Those are the positives. Negatives: lots of dings & scuffs and, most importantly, THE FANS WERE NOT REPLACED. Fan bearings are completely shot and as a consequence the unit is very noisy. I think you should replace the fans if you're going to call it "refurbished," so I'm deducting one star for that.
