Fast shipping, great packing, received an optical drive and some SATA cables that were not promised; firmware up to date; CPU and RAM passed tests. Those are the positives. Negatives: lots of dings & scuffs and, most importantly, THE FANS WERE NOT REPLACED. Fan bearings are completely shot and as a consequence the unit is very noisy. I think you should replace the fans if you're going to call it "refurbished," so I'm deducting one star for that.

Out of the gate, not so good. Just received a board in a static bag with out any of the drivers, documentation, or OEM box pictured in listing. After a few message exchanges it seems to be a misunderstanding between warehouse and shipping. Missing items were forwarded by sellers in a second shipment.
