I received the product exactly as shown in the ad and extremely quickly. I used the product one time, and when cleaning them afterwards I discovered one of them had split. I’ve purchased Doc Johnson teasers previously and received it in plastic clamshell packaging like what you see on a store shelf. I contacted the the seller and sent pictures of the item. I never heard back!
