Seller is not experienced with diagnosing the promblem. Seller opted to refund my payment to close out the failed service. Seller assured again he will refund 2 days ago but did not. Seller now ignores my reminders and just yesterday marked this item as shipped. This services was never delivered. I still need my refund.
