    Definitely Brighter

    These underwater lights were purchased as replacements for the existing lights on our tri-toon. One of those lights has filled with water and apparently shorted out. The new lights are larger than the old ones due to the additional led diodes, so new mounting holes had to be drilled. So far they appear to be of good quality and are definitely brighter. Hopefully they will last longer than the previous ones.

    Good price, Not good lighting

    I'm not impressed with these lights at all and will not install them on my boat. They're just not bright enough. I bought them simply because they were cheaply priced. I got what I paid for value wise. And, as far as the quality goes, they seem well enough constructed, but since I've decided not to install them I can't say they're low quality.

    I bought this to try on my Airstream stair light. Distance between mounting holes was a bit smaller, but easily adjusted. Worked great, but needs a rubber gasket.

    NOT water tight.

    It will not hold up to damp weather. NOT water tight for boats. You could seal them and they might work . They have spots of glue to hold on the lens. NOT water tight. I was not going to run wire and them not last long in my boat. They do work great. Just the light I needed. But not in my boat. If you have a dry place they my work great.
