Excellent service. I sent my Miata amp in to Paulison for repair. I received it back about a week later. Still didn't work correctly. I contacted Paulison through their website. I explained the symptoms to a technician. He told me he would email a FedEx shipping label to return the amp, which he did that afternoon. They repaired the amp and returned it with no additional charge. I'm satisfied.
