A+. The cost for the dvd and shipping were combined, which was great. The item was in great shape, as described. Quick response from seller. Item was sent Canada Post, to save costs, during the Christmas season so it took much longer than usual. No fault of the seller.

Thank you! Shipping was very fast. The seller graded it merely as "good", but I think it may be "very good". The price was low. It was protectively packaged for transport. I highly recommend this most trustworthy seller to all buyers without hesitation!

  • Excellent title for use in classroom by Teachers!

This is an excellent DVD title for anyone who wishes to teach Computer History to students, or for students wishing a little more than the 2 minutes that most books and TV shows give to computer history and the important historical figures. It is comparable to the renowned, but probably lesser known "The Machine That Changed The World", co-produced by WGBH Boston and PBS in 1993. This title runs only 52 min. versus the "..Changed The World" series which runs 6 hours total and is a compilation of a 6-part series run on PBS television. Another advantage of this title is that it is DVD; whereas "..Changed The World" is only available on VHS. I was fortunate enough to be able to convert that to DVD, but at much expense of personal time and effort. The History Channel really did a great ...

  • Great history of the most important item in every house and office.

this Dvd reminds us of all the phases that the computer went through in such a short period of time to become the tool of the century. The period (computer era) is very short to assimilate all the knowledge and technology.and now we could not go one day without the computer being a big part of that day. The history of the computer and its developement is awesome and yet I get the feeling that we are just in the infant stage. I really enjoyed this history of the computer and I think that young people do not yet understand how recent it was that the computer became the most important item in every house and office. I cant imagine an equal tool to the computer.
