Unfortunately it didn’t come as described. This had a knockout missing on top (not pictured or said in the ad) and clear signs of use even though it was supposedly new open box. Explained that I needed it this week but seller didn’t care to let me know of these issues and now that I brought it up says “return for a refund”. Buyer beware!

please see the pictures in the listing, the knockouts were indeed intact and there were no signs of previous use. you paid on the evening of April 6th item was packed then and dropped off to the carrier on the morning of April 7th. Yes as I told you in our communications that we offer 30 day returns if your unhappy with your purchase please return it for a full refund.

    Nice small 720P for the buck

    This is a good TV. The cabinetry and the handle are sturdy. You can carry this TV from room to room easily. The only complaint I have is that the screen is dark if you change the angle you view it other than looking at it straight on. I have adjusted it to the brightest settings, which compensates perfectly. I have HD through the satellite and the picture is just beautiful on the HD channels. It could use another HDMI input for a DVD player, instead of the component input.

    Nice 19 in TV

    Very nice looking TV, picture needs some adjustment but being made in 2008, I don't expect it to look real good. However the TV has lots of desirable options.

    Outstanding Product

    I have really been very pleased with the Sony 19es. For the amount paid this product has a great picture and love the option of using the handle or jabbing the ability to mount it to a wall. I bought this product for a number of reasons. First I love the way son's menus are setup in the tv set. I have a number of other Sony products so it is nice havening the products ability to coincide with other songs. In the end I bought this for a small business my wife and I have and its perfect size for the space and after doing the research there were so many pros when compared to other brands. Hope this helps

    IT'S JUST MY OPINION

    THIS IS MY FIRST FLAT SCREEN/PLASMA TV AND I LOVE IT AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I BOUGHT IT, ACTUALLY MY HUSBAND BOUGHT IT FOR MY BIRTHDAY FOR MY OFFICE AND I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED. THE PICTURE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND IT HAS A GREAT MODERN DESIGN LOOK. THE SOUND IS PERFECT. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PLUG IN THE POWER AND TURN IT ON TO CHANNEL 3 AND WHAT A BEAUT. THERE WAS A SMALL MATTER WITH THE SCREEN NOT FITTING BUT ALL I DID WAS HIT THE WIDE SCREEN ON THE REMOTE AND IT ADJUSTED.
