Second order next size down. I washed them by hand upon first washing and air dried. Second washing was in a machine and electric dryer in an attempt to shrink them. They held their shape/ coler and size quite well. Highly recommended to purchase these amazing stocks! Very worm for this Jacksonville Beach cold weather.

Good elastic so they don't crawl down in the shoes, and WOOL so they still "work" even when they get wet (ride in the rain and you KNOW)... I didn't think there was a lot of difference from any other wool, and that's simply not true. Alpaca IS the way to go... from experience.
