Seller was as normal… slow postage… when I sell, it’s posted the same day, but I have the item to sell….
The product itself is very small with a very low audible sound.
The item is crafted very well in metal but in reality….. 6 out of ten walkers never heard the bell until I almost run them over!!!!!

Very poor quality. Poor packaging. The hat is very cheap and more like plastic instead of straw.and definitely not hand woven. Colour received is almost black and NOT the navy colour as advertised. Seller still has not refunded me. Seller keeps on offering me 30% off or 60% refund. I am wanting the full refund for a damaged item that I am unable to wear. Please do not buy from this seller !!!!! I am now awaiting Ebay to get involved with this refund that is due to me.
