My issue was with the amplifier itself. Like many devices from China, the quality control was not there. The anp was defective out of the box. Rather than go through the hassle of returning it, I repaired it. The choke feeding dc to the output transistors had a bad solder joint. I fixed it, and the amp now runs fine. Wa1nuu.
