Seller sent me a gutted PC No i5-11400f, no RTX 3050, no memory sticks at all, no cooling fan for the CPU, no wifi card, no hard drive of any kind so no windows OS at all and even the button cell memory battery was gone. Seller lied and said they tested the PC before shipping and didn't want to return my money. I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back but that took days and I'm out $70 for returning the junk. I will never buy a PC without seeing the inside parts first again.
