I returned the item to the seller, who first tried to offer me a very small partial refund. And after receiving the flute, he refunded me only half of the amount. Seller claimed that a lock on the hard case was broken, and that the plastic flute inside the hard case was damaged. The flute was perfectly safe when sent from Japan to Denmark. But when it was sent back to the seller with the same amount of protection, suddenly several things were damaged? I suspect foul play!
