It is a defective product.
My product was DOA when I received. There was no information on the product as to the Name of Manufacture, Model and Serial Numbers; where it was made, What it is, Seals of quality check or Safety,Date of manufacture; although the package aover has the company name on it. There was no user's manual. I had to go on to Seagate Comapny webpage to get information on how to get this product to function, but there was none available.My product was DOA when I received. 750 gb seagate hard drive (usb)
runs withuut needing external power supply. Thus far it seems reliable. required verbiage without anything ontarget waiting to be said.

Good product. Great product and warranty.
Good product but not great. A bit slow in access time maybe bacause of getting power through usb but overall a good product. Seagate warranty is really good with good customer service.

This product only worked ONCE. Very upset.
At first I was so happy with this external drive.. But... this product only worked ONCE. Very upset that I invested in this!
