    Better sex through yoga review

    Excellent, this chick is seriously bendy. If you can keep up with her, you will be in great shape. Straight to business, looks pretty comprehensive, targeting all areas. Easy to follow, beginner on up. You cant go wrong here. Jaqui obviously knows her business and presents it in an easy to follow program, you probably wont be able to achieve her crazy stretches right away, but I thought it was very good, light on the sex but acknowledging your pelvic region. She is clearly pretty advanced but starts slow and easy, and is as complicated as you would want, Perfect. Happy Yoga.

    I thoroughly enjoy the series of DVDs. AS women, it is important that we become more familiar with commonly unused muscles and stretches.

    Nice Workout, Poorly Filmed.

    I did enjoy this yoga workout but thought it was poorly filmed. It sounded as if she was talking in a bathroom and you could see the cameras and filming equipment.
