    Flex Band Exercises

    Stott pilates videos are good for instruction, and the way Moira explains the exercises makes the workout seem to take longer than it is. The exercises are light, but there are a few gems in this one. The studio must be hot because the exerciser works a sweat, while I did not.

    Good pilates dvd

    The only thing I don't like is the warm up of breathing, etc. is too long for my taste, but everything else is great. Fantastic form is taught on all the Stott's pilates dvd, and I like the band workout.
