    Great mix/match workout

    I am loving this workout. The music is NOT annoying as some of Leslie's workouts are (sorry Leslie, but it's true). I am typing with sore arms from one of the band workouts. I have been exercising to Leslie's videos since the late 80's when she had raccoon eyes and mall hair, lol. This is a fast moving group of miles that compliment each other and there is always someone in the group to show you how to modify. It has the usual moves and also booster moves like jogging. When using the band I find wearing weight gloves helps with gripping and preventing burning skin. Her fellow exercisers are beautiful, and the whole setting has a more youthful feel as the miles fly by!. Definitely worth buying, IMHO. There is an option to play with music only but it doesn't work with my tv.

    Beginner and Intermediate DVD

    This is a good Leslie Sansone workout DVD. You get a good cardio workout along with toning with the stretch band and it is long enough to meet most needs for the beginner and intermediate aerobic walker/exerciser. I have several other Leslie Sansone DVDs that I like better but use this one as an alternative to those and it is sufficient. In timing the workout segments and using a step counter, it is approximately 3 1/2 miles, not 5 mega miles. The benefit comes from combining cardio and strength training in this DVD. The walkers featured are appealing, however, not as fun and enthusiastic of those in the 5 boosted miles DVD.

    Great workout!

    I first rented one of Leslie's workout videos from the video store, and I had to have it. I now own a few of her workout video's and love them! I use to do zumba , but you get as great workout with Leslie, I actually burn more calories with her video's. Very easy to catch on and keep up. You will definitely burn calories and sweat

    Fun way to get your walk in

    I've used Leslie Sansone walking video's for years and this is one of my favorite walking workouts to go to when I can't get outside due to weather. You'll certainly get your sweat on and you'll have a little challenge. The workout is not boring at all. If you are just starting out or need something for those weather days this is it.

    Great workout for beginners to advanced

    Walk at home workouts don't get any better than this. It is easily done in any mile increments you like. Whatever your fitness level, you'll get a good cardio and resistance workout. I suggest beginners do the first resistance mile only, after the warm up, on alternate days with straight walking mile (s). [Certified fitness trainer] More advanced can do the whole workout up to 6 days a week, but only use body weight resistance every other day. If you don't have bands, use dumbbells of suitable weight. I also recommend the physical copy over the digital one (I own both.) Leslie is a sweetheart, but she Never. Stops. Talking. After learning the few form instructions, listening to her perky chatter makes me want to scream after the fifth or sixth workout. The DVD allows you to workout ...
