UPS arrived today in two boxes. One for the UPS itself and the other for the battery pack. The front bezel of the UPS was unfortunately broken several times and thus is unusable despite multiple layers of wrapping material inside the box. Also the panel in the front is broken and now is loosely hanging from the UPS itself. I contacted the APC support and asked them whether they offer front bezels. I also found an offer here at ebay but I'm waiting for an official response first.
