I'm so very pleased with my eBay purchase from this seller. Items exactly as described. Extremely well packaged. Shipping was delayed by the Post Office, but the package survived the postal detour. Good communication. Very nice experience overall.

Wonderful! Record was in beautiful condition-very accurate description of the actual vinyl and cover. Impeccably packaged for shipping. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a record so securely bubble wrapped. A+ seller. Thank you for a great purchase!

CD wrapped and shipped well, arrived with discs in good shape as was the jewel box, however as listed under the grading of very good, all liners are included. This was not the case this occasion. No liner notes. But it was a fair price so no complaints from me.

    Great sound on the DVD

Indian music, rock and roll, a little humor & some pathos. Early 70s / late 60s mass entertainment at its finest. The film appears in "full frame" 1.33:1 ratio, which may be how it was shown on screens in 1972 though I doubt it . . . Otherwise, no complaints. Extra features include outtakes, rehearsals and a documentary on the origins of this historic event and the making of the film. If you're interested at all in this show, don't hesitate to pick up a copy of this if you can afford one.

  • The Concert For Bangladesh, DVD

Perhaps, and argueably, the greatest Rock and Roll concert of all time! Originally shot in 16mm film(1971), this DVD has been remastered and expanded. A much improved copy from the original VHS and Laserdiscs that were only available at the time. Geoge Harrison did his friend Ravi Shankar a favor by calling on his friends to donate their time to put on a concert to raise money for the starving refugees of Bangldesh, India. The concert, held at Madison Square Garden, August 1, 1971, was the first concert of this kind. Featuring: Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Billy Preston (the fifth Beatle), Jim Keltner, and the Great one... Leon Russell, and many others. If you love Rock and Roll, this DVD is an absolute must to have. You will not regreat buying this one! The ...

  • Dylan worth price of admission

Ahh yes, the good old days when rock superstars were rock superstars and all was right in the universe...If you can get past George Harrison's jesus beard and the stoned antics of Leon Russell, there is much to enjoy here. Eric Clapton looks like he's about to enter rehab right after the show, and playing that old Gibson archtop doesn't provide nearly enough electricity for the otherwise fine version of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Apparently Eric was a last minute addition, so he can be forgiven for looking like he's not sure where the hell he is. Bittersweet feeling watching Pete Ham of Badfinger dueting with George on "Here Comes the Sun", seeing as he hung himself a few years later (the Beatle Curse?) The highlight of the show is the ever ...

  • The first all-star benefit concert

Always one of my favorites, my VHS finally became unwatchable. I'm glad to have the DVD with better quality. George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Ravi Shankar, Billy Preston, Ringo & more - it's good music that has stood the test of time.

  • The Concert for Bangladesh,2005 2 DVD set

If you had the original record and want to experience it again, this will carry you back. Disc 1 is the actual concert and disc 2 is interesting stuff about the workings behind the production. I read the enclosed pamplet and decided to watch #2 first, then the concert. I had heard the original at a friends house on a winters night long ago (I'm 60) and thought the music was good. Now, being able to watch it as well added another dimension that I found enjoyable as also. To give you a comparison, I liked this better than Live Peace in Toronto. For one, it doesn't have Yoko bringing you down and for another, the musicians are just playing better. The songs are tighter. I do recommend watching disc 2 before disc 1, but check it out and make your own choice. Happy ...
