One 3-volt watch battery is not enough juice to power this device. The NE555 timer is rated for 4.5 to 16 volts. Instead of the 2032 battery, I installed 2 2016 batteries, and the lights all shine brightly. They will shine with the 2032 battery but performance will suffer greatly.
