I was wary when it arrived as the mattress was contained in quite a small box, so I thought it might be wrong size; it wasn't, it was just folded & compactly packaged. Within a day of unpacking & laying out the folds were gone & the mattress was fine. It did have the reported smell initially, not unpleasant but after a week it has gone. Lack of straps not issue in camper. Excellent value, low £50 price; a TV item £249!!!

It was wrapped well and had its original labels on it brand new. it was very luxurious and thick just right for the winter months. Great value for money very good quality
