Great item for the price! As stated it is a reproduction but very nice as a display piece! I don’t think I would ever attempt to actually play it as most military bugles are around 600-800 grams in weight and this one is about 370 by my scales readings, too thin for a true bugle but A++ as a display piece and fast shipping!!

This is a beautiful Bessons bugle made in London. Heavy copper, solid quality. I bought a copper bugle made in India that was a great disappointment. But I had played a copper bugle some years ago and was amazed when a decent Bach mouthpiece was attached how beautiful it sounded. This bugle is of that same standard. I am very pleased.
