I sent several messages regarding the arrival of purchase. It was never acknowledged. Then I had to locate this Goodwill and call them, just to find out I had to call their online sales phone number. Then I left a message. No one got back to me . I called a few days later and someone seemingly helped at the moment . The young man that I spoke to told me they were in the middle of turn over and offered no real solution I really wanted this item . The next day I called back and no one answered.
