A+. The cost for the dvd and shipping were combined, which was great. The item was in great shape, as described. Quick response from seller. Item was sent Canada Post, to save costs, during the Christmas season so it took much longer than usual. No fault of the seller.

Thank you! Shipping was very fast. The seller graded it merely as "good", but I think it may be "very good". The price was low. It was protectively packaged for transport. I highly recommend this most trustworthy seller to all buyers without hesitation!

    Black Celebration

To me, this album is by far the best produced by the original line up of Depeche Mode. I consider it one of the best from the 80s. I am so happy to have it back in my collection. This is my second time buying it. The first time was back in 2006 at CD Warehouse. It got stolen out of my car some years later. Now, I have it again because I missed it, terribly.

  • 2nd best album they released

Depeche mode are 3 different band I think. Their early years are way too poppy to my ears, their last few years although incredibly artistic and still very good, lack the lyrical depth of the Depeche mode Black Celebration to Songs of period. While in my eyes songs of faith is their best release, this one, although quite earlier, easily takes easy second place over Violator (which is also terrific). Darker sound, lyrics that are well thought... You can see the sweated over this one.

  • CLASSIC

You either love this one or you don't. This is my favorite Mode record. This record is best played start to finish because it is a true journey laced with a dark synth-based vibe with a sudo-pop feel.Great lyrics and industrial arrangements of synthesizers and drum machines. This record solidifies Depeche Modes iconic status as pioneers who definitely landmarked themselves in the hearts and minds of millions. This record has helped many through the angst, heartbreak, hard times and insecurity we came to know in our teenage years.

  • Essential Depeche Mode

If you are a Depeche Mode fan you need this album. So many great songs on it - Here is the House, But Not Tonight, Stripped - and New Dress is the quintessential '80's protest song against the excesses of our leaders and the shifting of our focus from important issues to fashion gossip.

  • Must own piece of work by Depeche Mode.

This is an interesting album from Depeche Mode. Although not my favorite album of theirs, if you are a big fan like me, then this is an interesting and important piece of work by them. Definitely worth owning and adding to your collection.
