Does get warm very disappointed fan is very slow, and buns up 12 gauge burns up 10 gauge wire ,so I had to buy 6 gauge to make a small set of jumper cables , I wanted to plug into cigarette lighter , no this pulls insane amount of power alternator works hard to power this , not worth $25 , honest feed back not well on disability can't waste $25 I made a bad choice I need one more but it can't be this one,
