I accidentally ordered this puzzle as I thought it was a poster. I tried to cancel the order right away, within 30 seconds, and I was denied the request. I messaged the seller but she didn't seem to care about the situation and shipped it to me anyway. I told her that I didn't want it and that I was unhappy about the situation. I haven't heard back from her. I would recommend not ordering from this seller as she obviously doesn't care about her customers.

Hey! I’m sorry you feel that way, I did communicate back with you but unfortunately you didn’t care what I said back to you.
