The package arrived on time, however it was heavily damaged. The carrier (DHL) tried to fix the damaged package with tape, but one of the iron clamps was already missing, so we could not mount the bar into the vehicle. The seller did not want to compensate for the losses even at a symbolic extent - although this might no be his fault, it would have been very much appreciated. Seller's shipping and reaction time good, the remaining parts are great quality!
