Arrived earlier then expected. 3D Printed case was well designed and fit the T-Beam like a glove. Fastening the bolts and nuts was difficult as the opening for the nuts was to tight. Luckily, the case does flex and allowed with a little force the nuts to be pushed in by screwing the bolt to the nut to guide them into each opening. The loopholes are study and would allow a molle strap or fastener. The button covers seem to be great option to keep dust out. I do recommend this case!!

Sorry you struggled with this, but please do not Dremel, bend or modify the case or nuts. The nuts are supposed to be tight in the slots. If they aren’t, they will strip/spin in the case and make servicing it very difficult. Easy way to install them is to screw a nut on the end of the screw, then put the screw on a driver and use the driver to press the nut down into the case. Back the screw out and you are done. Very easy, takes 2min tops for the whole job.

This case could easily be run over by a truck and survive! It is very substantial and will protect your T-Beam from about anything it is likely to encounter. It comes with enviromental gaskets to keep out the rain but the plastic window will require some sealing. You need to pay attention to the orientation of the switches insert as the switches will only work if the orientation is correct. Took me a little while to figure that out! Reomended if you need a susbstantial case!

Overall, the case is very good. It fits well and seemed to be well engineered and manufactured. However, I do have one issue...I can't get the very tiny nuts into the back of the case. I may have to file (Dremel) the openings to allow the nut to be properly set. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to be able to use the case right away.
