She would not send me the photinias and insists I ordered zip ties. All emails from ebay ( saying shipped and delivered) say I ordered photinia screens. The only way I could get any of my money back is to mail back the zip ties ( I did not want or need) at a cost to *ME* of $9.95. Do not trust this seller! This company states easy returns but what they don't tell you is that you only have two choices for shipping at a very high cost. It cost about $150 and I paid over $60 for the return shipping that they offered. It appears the return shipping was a 3 day return period. It took 10 days for me to receive the shade so I am pretty sure they mailed it out snail mail and expect you to pay for expedited return shipping. Terrible!
