  • Classic X-Men Stories Not As Interesting As I'd Hoped

These are some early X-Men stories from the mid-to-late 1960s. We do see the introduction of the Marvel superhero and future add-on X-Man Banshee in this collection. The stories from Roy Thomas are somewhat templated, but still interesting. Werner Roth's artwork, however, doesn't stand the test of time. To put it mildly, he's no Jack Kirby. If you love them X-Men and, like me, hadn't read any of the older 1960s back issues, you'll love catching up with this collection.
