    A long worth wait

    Hardwired...to Self-Destruct continues the epic thrash bombardment on the metalheads delivered by Metallica. The longest wait gap between two studio albums in the band's entire career. However, the wait is certainly worth it consider the quality of rhythm and riffs contain in every song. This album surely isn't diverse in its sound, from the apparent reality of Kirk been excluded from any songwriting on this particular album. Nevertheless, one of their best in the recent years.

    It's ok, but same old same old

    They sound the same as last record with the exception of 1 song disc 1 and 1 song in disc 2, unfortunately I had the idea that the would sound like back in the day of Ride the Lightning but maybe I'm just an idealist. I think they've lost their melodic power they had back then, but still decent work. It's just not like it used to be.

    Metallica Hardw...destruct. 2 cd's great value!

    Very well mixed album. Almost as good as the black album. Pretty close. Lot's of slam. Really enjoying this 2x cd set on my Akg k240 sextett mid production headphones. Final mix could of been a tad more open sounding. It has a lot of great songs. I'm sure some will be revered as classics in years to come. HIghly recommend especially at $10 for the cd, its a no brainer.

    This is the 3 CD set with 14 bonus tracks .If you like your music Fast, heavy and hard Metallica deliver the Goods.The CD Hardwired to self destruct is excellent and The bonus disc has 14 live songs- some older songs and some cover songs from Iron Maiden, Ronnie james Dio etc.,
