Dean was great to work with. eBay and USPS had some issues delivering the package. Tracking showed it had been delivered, but nothing came. Dean promptly refunded my money. However a week later, the package showed up. I reached out to Dean to pay for it again, and he said not to worry about it. Dean went out his way to care of the situation and his customer, even though he wasn't at fault. Card was delivered as described as well. Would highly recommend this seller!
