I ordered on "the night before Christmas" and shipper had this in the Post Office on its way by the night after Christmas which strikes me as very good customer service on the holidays. Good price, nice pillow, the Downlite Medium fill dual chamber down and feather pillow. It also seemed quite clean and new in looks, feel, and smell.

The belt clearly on the sellers description featured the brand name on the inside of the belt (Ralph Lauren) made in Italy .
When I received it it was totally different with no brand name. This seller is falsely advertising his merchandise.. I’m one customer who’s extremely disappointed.
