    Recieved product within time and quality is good only issue they charge more for delivery it should be with free delivery service as already paid much for used product.

    Shipping rates were high for this PSU because it was extremely heavy, you were charged for the exact item shipping cost as calculated by eBay, and that cost was clearly listed on the item page. I believe that Global Shipping adds much cost to shipping, too. These old redundant PSUs are in demand, I hope the one you purchased is serving you well!
