    Caribbean Workout - Aerobics & Kickboxing

    I bought this for the kickboxing. I don't usually enjoy regular aerobics, so I didn't watch the aerobics DVD. The kickboxing sounded like an interesting way to get some exercise. THis is fairly light kickboxing, just for exercise, not for learning kickboxing in its own right. This kickboxing video is more exciting than basic aerobics, though.

    Great workout!!!

    I've done the kickboxing part and absolutely LOVED it. I haven't done any kickboxing before. This was easier than I thought it would be. I also liked that you can do it with or without a step. The 20 minute increments worked really nicely for me too.
