The seller sent me a box of six my hero Academia Funko pops. The box there was supposed to be a Chase but there wasn't. Not only did the seller fix the problem but went above and beyond. They refunded me so that I can get the chase that I wanted and let me keep the Pops that they sent. This is true salesmanship. This is a people person and I wish them luck on everything that they do
