    Nice unit. I'm happy with it.

    One call to cable company to register the modem and it was up and working flawlessly. We choose this modem with hopes it could handle multiple devices in our home. It shows no problems handling 2 gaming pc's, a work station, a laptop, 4 smartphones, a voip phone system, 2 wireless printers and a repeater. I like the feature that allows you to choose if it is to lay down or stand upright. The connections are snug, it seems to stay cool to the touch (upright position), and the display lights are easy to see, read, and understand their meaning. This modem has duel antenna that provide a strong signal all through my home and with a very low end repeater we are able to access the internet out in our garage and driveway area which is approx. 100 foot away.     No good to using

    This item got double labels in its: 2 SN #, 2 MAC #…? . All of labels stick on this modem. It made the user too scared for using : does hackers prepare in it. I would like to return it !!!
