    Currency note was listed as uncirculated and in mint condition. Note had many dirty stains. Seller emailed and stated he would send another note. Never received the note. Had to go to eBay to receive refund.

    Item was brand new and maybe was damaged in shipping. I have refunded the money ($3) AND sent a replacement note. They got two notes and their money back. Buyer was upset I blocked them from bidding on any more of my auctions. I did so because they are unreasonable and careless with the facts.
