Seller took doll and horse with the backing attached out of the box for photographing, but still sent me the set with the dolls hair all broken off. No aplogies. I sent the seller several photographs. They refunded only the cost of the item, no shipping expenses. I think when a seller sends a defective item they should refund all the payment, if not, what keeps the sellers honest? I did get to keep the horse though.
